The views over the town were magnificent, the location was excellent with a 5-minute walk to the center, and we enjoyed having lunch at a nearby restaurant named Re Carlo Emanuele III.

Centrally located. Nice terrace (but not directly facing the sea, side view). Smiling staff at reception (but nothing more).
Parking close to hotel is pubblic and has a cost otherwise further wayyou can find a free parking area. Wi Fi not awailable in our room @ last floor (delux room with terrace). Disappointing breakfast (is it really the same owner of the most renowed restaurant of the city??), cappuccino with uht milk, with end of service at 10.00 and at 10.04 the staff start to remove all food (still with 6 guests seating at the tables) and clean the area. Hotel is in the center of the town this means also you have the ferry boarding right in front of th hotel (with relative noise starting at 6.00am). We have been asked to pay cash a 1 euro tourist tax (without recipt). With a rate of @ 120 euro/night we check out after one day and moved to another hotel saving nearly 40%. Disappointing.

It's a modern design hotel set in a nice traditional building. What really makes your stay a fantastic experience is the personnel: everyone is professional, friendly, helpful and works at his best to make your stay a pleasure! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The room was nice and spacious, with a beautiful view. The bathroom was also large and luxurious. The bed was comfortable and the lighting in the room was just right.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

I loved the A half board option at the hotel's sister restaurant. The hair salon and TV in the common area were a real treat. The location in one of the patrician palaces near the promenade was posh.
I was so disappointed that the hotel didn't offer bungee jumping or hang gliding as additional features. Such a missed opportunity.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful in suggesting places to visit and eat. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony.
The noise at night was a bit bothersome, even with the windows closed. the lack of internet in the room was inconvenient.

The hotel is located in a bustling and central part of one of my favorite islands. What I loved most about this hotel was that it offered wonderful relaxation and a sense of privacy despite the busy atmosphere outside. the WiFi connection was really good, and as a digital nomad, this was really important for me.
I did find the breakfast a bit disappointing and not as I expected it to be. Unfortunately, the cappuccino was made with UHT milk.
